首家 | SGS压载水检测服务获得英国劳氏船级社(LR)资质认可

近日，SGS获得了英国劳氏船级社（Lloyd’s Register，简称LR）在压载水管理系统调试测试领域的资质认可，这是劳氏船级社首次向中国检测机构颁发压载水检测领域认可。

Recently, SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. received approval from Lloyd’s Register (LR) as service supplier in commissioning testing of ballast water management systems (BWMS) and was the first testing organization in China to obtain the approval from LR in this area.

英国劳氏船级社（LR）成立于1760年，是世界上成立最早的船级社，其机构庞大、历史悠久，在国际船舶界享有盛名，是国际公认的船舶界权威认证机构。

Started out in 1760, Lloyd’s Register was world’s first classification society and is currently one of the largest authoritative certification organizations internationally recognized in shipping industry.

作为专业的压载水检测供应商，SGS集团与LR集团在各国之间倾力协作，SGS亚太区以新加坡为中心，联合LR新加坡、韩国、中国办公点分别对SGS新加坡、韩国和中国的检测实验室进行审核。LR对SGS中国的资质审核历时一个月，针对现场取样和实验室进行了全方位审核。LR的审核员团队对SGS的现场实操能力、实验室检测数据和质控流程给予高度认可，对SGS整体工作质量予以充分肯定，认为SGS压载水检测团队能够提供符合LR标准要求的检验报告。

SGS has established cooperation with Lloyd’s Register in varies countries. In North and South East Asia and Pacific areas, centered in Singapore, audits were conducted by LR to SGS laboratories in Singapore, Korea and China, which lasted about one month, involving both on-site sampling and lab testing procedures. The overall quality of SGS from on-site operation and lab testing results to quality control during all process was highly recognized by LR auditors, and SGS BWMS commissioning testing team was affirmed to have the capability to provide testing reports in conformance with LR standards and requirements.

至此，SGS已获得全球三大船级社——DNV-GL、ABS、LR的资质认可，同时SGS压载水检测报告也受到其他船级社，如NK、BV、KR、CCS等的认可。

Currently in China, SGS has become approved service provider in commissioning testing of BWMS of world’s largest classification societies, including DNV GL, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), and Lloyd’s Register (LR). SGS reports on commissioning testing of BWMS are also accepted by other organization such as ClassNK (NK), Bureau Veritas (BV), Korean Register (KR), China Classification Society (CCS), etc.
