巴西ANATEL新规——软硬件版本号篇

此公告中指出如果设备固件或软件的设计和操作干扰了认证的强制性要求，则设备固件或软件版本应显示在报告中并且包括在RACT的“附加评论”里。

原公告参考节选内容如下：

6.6.6.3. The identification and version of the equipment's firmware or software should be included in the "additional comments" field of the RACT, if that item of design and operation of the product interferes with the mandatory requirements for certification.
